5 Ways To Cut 100 Calories
- Substitute “light” or “whipped” butter or spread for regular.
- Fill your omelet with onions, peppers, spinach and mushrooms instead of cheese (sprinkle cheese on top). An ounce of cheese has 100 calories.
- Remove the skin from chicken (most of the fat is in the skin).
- For a snack, dip raw veggies in salsa instead of chips (save hundreds of calories).
- Ask for “light” salad dressing on the side, and dip your fork in it (instead of pouring the dressing on the salad)
